Who decides refunds

Our authorised reseller Paddle.com is the legal seller of this product, refund requests are submitted to Paddle and decided under its policy, and the decision is Paddle’s alone

Try before you buy

Before buying, the program is available as a full 14-day trial we recommend using the whole trial on the clinic’s own PC and checking that the program suits your team and printers before buying, since the licence key is activated on your PC as soon as it is used

What happens to the program after a refund

If your refund is accepted, your licence key is cancelled automatically when Paddle notifies us — and the program on your PC becomes read-only at the first contact with the licence server

Your data stays as it is on your PC: patient files, visits, invoices and backups are untouched, and you can view, print and copy them
