The seller

The seller: AIJO Labs — a sole trader based in Amman, Jordan

All correspondence — including legal notices — goes to info@aijolabs.com

Merchant of record

Purchases are made through Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and the merchant of record for this product, and Paddle’s name appears on your bank statement

Accordingly Paddle is your contracting party for the financial transaction, and it collects the applicable taxes and issues invoices

The licence

The licence is granted for a single payment of 200 US dollars, with no recurring subscription

The licence is bound to one PC and verified by a device fingerprint, and you can move it to another PC from inside the program, which frees the seat on the first PC

The licence may not be sold, rented or sublicensed to a third party

The trial

The trial lasts 14 days with every feature, is bound to your PC and recorded with the issuer, so reinstalling continues it and does not restart it

Requirements and connectivity

The program runs on Windows 10 or later, 64-bit, and needs no server and no external database

The program connects to the internet to verify the licence and to check for updates, and for AI if you enable it with your own key, after the last successful licence check it works fully for 14 days, then 7 days of grace with a notice, then becomes read-only until the first connection

Medical data and your responsibility

You control your patients’ data, which is on your PC, and you carry the obligations your country’s laws place on medical records, their confidentiality and retention, and on informing patients as required

Allergy alerts and AI suggestions shown by the program assist the doctor and do not replace their judgement, the program does not diagnose and does not suggest a drug or a dose, and the absence of an alert is not a safety certificate

National e-invoicing: the program builds the invoice document according to the published guide, your registration with the tax authority, the correctness of your data and your tax obligations remain yours, and we give no tax or legal advice

Acceptable use

The program is for lawful purposes only, using it to issue fictitious invoices, hide revenue, or for any purpose contrary to the laws of the country where it is used is prohibited

Limitation of liability

The program is provided as is, we are not liable for loss caused by data entered incorrectly, by the loss of a PC that was never backed up externally, or by hardware or printer settings outside the program, and in all cases our liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the licence

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them

This does not affect any mandatory right your own country’s law gives you as a consumer
